​Yes, you can get your child to continue with his/her vaccination at our polyclinic. Please arrange for an appointment via the following options:

- OneNUHS or the HealthHub app if your child has been to the polyclinic before.

- If your child has not been to the polyclinic before, please call +65 6908 2222.

Some vaccines (e.g. Diphtheria and Measles) are mandated by Singapore law to complete before going to Primary School.

​NUP offers childhood immunisation for children from one month old till before seven years old.

For booster vaccinations given from 10 years old and above, it will be managed by the Health Promotion Board School Health Services.

​Your child will be issued an immunisation certificate once he/she has completed his childhood immunisation schedule. Please keep this certificate safely as it is needed for registration for primary school admission.  

Online copies are also available through the National Immunisation Registry portal.  Please click here to access and print the certificate for your child using SingPass login.

​You may refer to your child's health booklet to complete the age-specific Child Safety Checklist as well the Developmental Assessment Checklist before the relevant appointment.

You may also raise any concerns with the attending nurse during your visit so that our nurse will be able to advise appropriately and intervene if necessary.

The attending nurse will also be measuring your child's head circumference, height/length, and weight at each appointment to ensure your child is growing well.

Certain visits will require the nurse to ensure your child is able to achieve a specific milestone.
