There are many options available if you are unable to secure an appointment at our polyclinic:

Acute condition (need to see a doctor on the same day or within the next few days) |

Acute condition with mild symptoms (do not require medical certificate) | Visit the polyclinic pharmacist for recommendations on medication to help relieve your symptoms. |
Chronic condition, on regular follow-up at NUP and running out of regular medication. | Visit our polyclinic pharmacy (PDF, 485KB) for a one-time, short-term medication top-up and then proceed to the counter to make an appointment to see the doctor on another day. (Note: To avoid delays, always ensure that you have secured your next appointment before leaving the clinic after each follow-up visit) |
Chronic condition, enrolled with a GP under HealthierSG | Please visit your enrolled GP clinic for your chronic condition, to ensure continuity of care.
